Set Your Retreat Vision - You’ll receive the tools to help set your vision, goals, and overall retreat theme, and then review them with us during a 1-hour virtual session.
Let Us Work Our Magic - We’ll get to work researching locations, the perfect venue, and all the vendor and excursion options. We’ll present you with a sample retreat itinerary as a great starting point.
It’s Time to Review - Hop on an additional virtual session to review all your vendor options and your budget. We’ll go over a sample itinerary and refine your budget to ensure you generate a profit.
Time To Do What You Do Best - The vision is there, the goals are established, the registration costs are set… now the exciting part is here. It’s time for you to get the word out there and start selling your retreat! (Let us know if you need marketing support! This is an add-on we hope to offer soon!)
Let’s Check in to Calm The Nerves - We’ll book a 30-minute check-in call as your retreat date comes closer to confirm final numbers, answer any last-minute questions, confirm the final itinerary, and remove any retreat anxieties that may be creeping in.

You’ll have every detail from big-picture planning to last-minute changes handled for you, so you can focus on hosting your expertly crafted retreat with confidence.
Comprehensive Support
You’ll receive a customized high-level agenda to share with your potential registrants to capture emails and share insight on what your participants will experience throughout the retreat.
Custom Designed Visual Agenda
We’ll dive into the retreat vision you want to create, to help establish the theme, location, group size, and overall vibe. This will be covered through an in-depth survey, followed by a 1-hour virtual session.
Vision Planning Call
We’ll create an application form and work together to schedule and present an information session for potential participants to attend. You’ll get a recording of this presentation to utilize for potential registrants.
Participant Onboarding
We’ll work through a budget planner to determine your retreat budget and set registration costs together. As planning continues, we’ll monitor the budget to ensure you hit your profit goals!
Retreat Budget Planning
No need to stress about accommodations. All venue coordination, checking availability, negotiating contracts and locking in your perfect spot will be done for you.
Venue Coordination
Your retreat schedule will be thoughtfully coordinated from activities to downtime, with backup plans ready in case of unexpected changes, ensuring your schedule runs smoothly.
Perfectly Scheduled Itinerary
You can rest easy knowing that all your chefs, caterers, transportation, activity leaders, etc. have been thoroughly researched and vetted before they were booked.

Need an extra set of hands during your retreat? Someone from our team will be there in person to keep everything running smoothly, handling logistics, being the point of contact for the venue, vendors, and attendees, and making sure your guests are well taken care of. Allowing you to stay relaxed and stress-free as you host your retreat like the boss that you are!
On-Site Support
(Starting Rate: $50/person)
Want the extra peace of mind as you travel to your retreat? Our travel agency, Aalto Escapes, will arrange and manage the travel logistics for you and your team, from flights to local transport, so you can relax and focus on your retreat. You’ll be provided with a detailed itinerary, and you can rest assured that any last-minute changes will be handled by Aalto Escapes.
